1. Terms and Definitions.

1.3. "Artist" - FLP Fed I.I.

1.4. "User" - any individual, register in the system.

1.5. "Customer" - the user, possessing civil capacity, age not less than 18 years, concluded with the Contractor the contract for the provision of booking services by the acceptance of this Offer in order, established in section 5.1. this Offer.

1.6. "Registration" - the provision of the Contractor through a system of personal and contact data of the Customer for operative communication with him on, concerning the ordered services.

2. General provisions.

3.3. The Customer undertakes to accept the services rendered and to make the necessary payments in accordance with the terms of the Offer.

4. The rights and obligations of the Customer and Contractor.

4.1. Customer rights.

4.3. Customer Responsibilities.

4.4. Obligations of the Contractor.

4.4.2. Accept payment from the Customer Order (including through third parties) after proper ordering and successful booking services.

5. Acceptance of the Offer and the conclusion of the Agreement.

5.1. Customer makes acceptance of the Offer by following these steps in the System:

6. Payment procedure.

6.4. All payments under the contract made in the national currency of Ukraine.

6.5. Payment for orders made in accordance with the Rules of reservation.

7. cancellation, change orders and refund the Customer.

8. Responsibility. Settlement of disputes

8.1. Customer represents the interests of all parties, specified in the Order, and is personally liable to the Contractor for the accuracy of these data, implementation by all parties of all obligations, including the obligation to pay for the order and pay the penalty in the case of refusal to provide services (including a no-show in the hotel).

8.2. Customer is responsible for fulfilling its obligations to the Contractor with causing, as the material damage, and damage to its business reputation. Any false or fraudulent reservation or resale of the Order, certainly, prohibited.

8.3. Contractor shall be liable for material damage, caused by the Customer in connection with the failure to provide the customer due to the fault of the Contractor in the amount of services, stipulated in the Order, in order, established by the legislation of Ukraine, except in cases, when the violation of the Customer's rights occurred due to force majeure.

8.4. 8.7. The Contractor shall not be liable for non-compliance provided by the customer service expectations and subjective evaluation.

The Parties will make every effort to reach agreement on disputed issues through negotiations, taking into account the conditions of the Offer.

8.9.For all other inquiries, not provided for in this Offer, Parties shall be guided by the current legislation.

9. confidentiality.

9.1. The customer is guaranteed the confidentiality of data, granted to them during the registration process, registration and payment of the order. 10. Force majeure

10.1. The parties are relieved from responsibility for partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under the Treaty, if such failure was caused by force majeure, ie extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances under the given conditions.

10.2. For reasons of force majeure, relate, but are not limited to: natural disasters, hostilities, national crisis, strike in the industry or region, the actions and decisions of public authorities, disruptions, arising from telecommunications and energy networks, action malware, and unscrupulous actions of third parties, aimed at unauthorized access and / or disabling software and / or hardware system of each Party.

11. Modification and termination of the Agreement

11.1. The contract to provide services for booking is concluded with the acceptance of this Offer and the Customer is valid until the Parties fulfill all of its obligations hereunder.

11.2. Contractor is entitled to unilaterally out of court to refuse to perform a contract to render services in booking.

11.3. Contractor has the right to change the terms of this Offer and its Annexes, introduction of new annexes to this Offer without prior notification of the Customer. Aware of the possibility of such changes, Customer agrees, that they will be produced. If the customer continues to use the Contractor's services after such changes, it means his agreement with them.
