1. Terms and Definitions.

2. General provisions.

4. The rights and obligations of the Customer and Contractor.

4.4. Obligations of the Contractor.

5. Acceptance of the Offer and the conclusion of the Agreement.

6. Payment procedure.

8. Responsibility. Settlement of disputes

8.1. 8.4. 9. confidentiality.

9.1. The customer is guaranteed the confidentiality of data, granted to them during the registration process, registration and payment of the order. 10. Force majeure

10.1. The parties are relieved from responsibility for partial or complete failure to perform its obligations under the Treaty, if such failure was caused by force majeure, ie extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances under the given conditions.

10.2. 11. Modification and termination of the Agreement

11.1. The contract to provide services for booking is concluded with the acceptance of this Offer and the Customer is valid until the Parties fulfill all of its obligations hereunder.

11.2. Contractor is entitled to unilaterally out of court to refuse to perform a contract to render services in booking.

11.3. Contractor has the right to change the terms of this Offer and its Annexes, introduction of new annexes to this Offer without prior notification of the Customer.
